Apartment is situated on a base floor of private house, having capacity of 8 (6+2) persons. (Additional two rooms of 2+1 capacity are available on the first floor, but only for same group of guests at same time). Apartment has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and big terrace. Distance to the sea is ~ 60m. Water supply is from local tank. Drinking water has to be bought separately. Hot water is available in the object. Electrical supply is from solar system supply, 12V DC type. Inverter to 220V AC is available only for charging laptops, cameras, mob. phones, tablets etc... Food preparation and fridge are propelled by gas system. Nearest shop is ~300 m away, with basic diary supplies, beer, bread etc... Object is located in quiet surrounding, suitable for families with small children.WiFi internet available.
