Each scarf is a new project and the warp is made for only one piece at the time. It takes five days to finish one scarf.
Both warp and weft are hand dyed.
I work mostly with silk yarns. Sometimes linen and fine wool/silk/cashmere yarns are added to enhance the texture.
My aim is to use colors and textures to make opulent fabric with a personal touch, and the weaving loom is a great ally in that attempt.
